- Software licenses that have been activated or registered.
- Downloaded software products where the download has been completed.

- Subscription services that have already commenced.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order details, reason for the return, and proof of purchase.

If approved, refunds will be processed and returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
4. Refunds
Once your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Refunds will not include any transaction fees or service charges incurred.
